Refund policy

We check and test every product before shipping to make sure it works properly.

You can request a return within 3 days of delivery only if:

To claim a return, please share a video of opening the parcel (unboxing video).

The product must be unused, in original packing, with all parts and tags intact.

Returns are not accepted if the item is used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

If cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
